Return Policy

We offer a clear, compliant 90-day return window from the verified delivery date of your package. If 90 days have elapsed since your product arrived, we cannot authorize a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements

• The item must be completely unused, free from signs of wear or scratches, and in its pristine original condition.
• The item must remain in its original packaging, containing all structural components and premium bonuses (including the Arm Trainer, Ab Wheel, backpack, yoga mat, and adjustment tools).

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend choosing a trackable shipping service; we do not guarantee receipt of un-tracked packages.

Initialization Process

Do not send your item back to the address on the shipping label. Email support@pakachilabu.shop with your official order number to receive the approved Return Shipping Address.

Refund Policy

Once your return package arrives at our inspection facility, our quality control team will assess the item within 3 business days to ensure compliance with our return terms.

Approval & Settlement

We will send an immediate email notification confirming receipt and detailing the approval or rejection of your claim. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Inspect your shipment upon receipt. If your 2-in-1 trainer is damaged during transit, contact support@pakachilabu.shop within 48 hours with clear photo evidence. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra charge.
